This issue has now been fixed in KB5001649 install this update to resolve the problem. If you have any problems getting the update to install check out this post Windows 10 KB5001649 fails to install with 0x80070541 error (supportforce.it).
Problem
Stop Code: APC INDEX MISMATCH
What failed: win32kfull.sys
On 9th March Microsoft released Windows updates KB5000802 and KB5000808 for Windows 10 1909 – 20H2.This update is causing computers to crash when printing. As soon as you hit print the BSOD comes up with ‘Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We’re just collecting some error info, and then we’ll restart for you.’. Along with the stop code: ‘APC INDEX MISMATCH’ and What failed: ‘win32kfull.sys’. See image below:

Solution
The fix is to uninstall the offending updates! Simply do the following:
- Open Control Panel
- Select Programs
- Under Programs and Features select View installed updates
- Find the update with (KB5000802) or (KB5000808) at the end
- Right click on the update and select uninstall (Do this for both updates if you have both!)
- Restart the Computer
Suggestion
Until this is resolved I would suggest turning off updates for 7 days. As of this article going live Microsoft have not pulled this update! I am sure Microsoft will be working on an update and get that out as soon as possible.
